I have one section of workouts that you can do with no equipment and another section of workouts you can do if you have access to gym equipment. To make it more fun, I have named each workout after a location I've been to. Berlin Strength Workout

1st Superset, no rest in between

  • Dumbbell Bench Press (5 Sets, 9-12 Reps)
  • Incline Dumbbell Bench Press (5 sets, 9-12 Reps)

2nd Superset, no rest in between

  • Barbell Bent Over Row (5 Sets, 9-12 Reps)
  • Dumbbell Row (5 Sets, 9-12 Reps)

3rd Superset, no rest in between

  • Kettlebell Swing (5 sets, 9-12 Reps)
  • Tricep Dips (5 Sets, 9-12 Reps)

4th Superset, no rest in between

  • Pullup (5 sets, 9-12 Reps)
